    • 1 egg 

    • 6 tbsp milk 

    • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 

    • ½ tsp sweetener 

    • A splash of Vainilla Molina Clear 

    • Sugar-free caramel sauce, dulce de leche or cajeta 

    • Fresh berries (optional)

    1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together egg, milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener and a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear until well combined. 

    1. Microwave for 2 minutes total, cooking in 30-second intervals and checking texture after each interval to avoid overcooking. 

    1. Let flan cool at room temp for about 10 minutes. 

    1. Then refrigerate for a few minutes to chill completely. 

    1. Carefully unmold flan onto a plate. 

    1. Top with sugar-free caramel sauce, dulce de leche or cajeta and add fresh berries if desired.
