Sugar-free caramel sauce, dulce de leche or cajeta

In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together egg, milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener and a splash of Vainilla Molina Clear until well combined.

Microwave for 2 minutes total, cooking in 30-second intervals and checking texture after each interval to avoid overcooking.

Let flan cool at room temp for about 10 minutes.

Then refrigerate for a few minutes to chill completely.

Carefully unmold flan onto a plate.

Top with sugar-free caramel sauce, dulce de leche or cajeta and add fresh berries if desired.
